At Stephed, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for orders shipped within the United States.
- Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with SKU label
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Return Window (US Orders Only)
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days after approval
For split shipments, the return window starts after the final package is delivered.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Restocking Fee
Returns that do not meet our conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be rejected.
