1. Shipping Coverage & Destination

We ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States.

  • Exclusions: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. Territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico) due to carrier limitations.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

To ensure accuracy, every order undergoes a quality check before leaving our warehouse.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Warehouse Location: All orders ship from our facility in Plano Texas, USA.

3. Transit Time & Delivery

Once processed, your order is handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your package being scanned by the carrier.

4. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees at checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $35 (pre-tax).

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $5.99 applies to all orders under $35.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster options are available and calculated in real-time at checkout based on package weight and destination.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us at support@stephed.com within 7 business days so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
